No idea why the alarm just stopped ringing the alarm when sensor triggers. Very frustrated.

What's the point?
I have to agree with Glen. I am in the process of having to return this base because there is no included power adaptor and Eufy is unable to send a power adaptor separately. Once I return it I will have to purchase a combo power base with cameras in order for there to be a power supply included.

Who ships a product that uses a 12V DC input and special connector without a power supply?
I'd like to review the product - but can't plug it in because they actually sell the product without a power adapter. Never in the history of purchasing electronics, have I seen this.

IAM NOT TOO HAPPY with the item I received cause I did not get any accessories together the item to use so its just sitting there I do not know what is my next move no literature on how to use it no connection wires very disappointec
