eufyCam S330 (eufyCam 3) Add-on Camera

Exactly what I expected. Works well. Connection to base station is simple and works well.

I needed a third camera to cover the left side of my home. Camera works great no issues

I am an avid follower of Jerryrigevrrything and Mrwhosetheboss, which were the primary reason behind my purchase of these cams. I also have been using Anker/eufy products for a long time. Thus reading about their hassle free returns and great customer service, I purchased these cams from Eufy website vs Amazon. While Amazon offers a better return window, with free return label and no questions asked, the eufy rep who is helping me is being rude and condescending. I am being asked to pay for return shipping and being threatened that if there is any issue to the packaging I won’t get the money back. Luckily, my cameras are unopened, but if they want the item to be unopened, it should be mentioned somewhere. What if I had opened the package. This is absolute low of customer service. Never buying from them ever again.
P.S, I also bought a eufy doorbell through Amazon which will also be returned due to the rude behaviour from their representatives.

Started off purchasing flood cam and ended up buying 9 cameras. Happy overall just wished notification was a few seconds quicker.
