We love the actual camera, however the monitor has such a poor battery life. Can’t be off the charging cable for more than 3 hours without it beeping that it is critical battery. Other than that, great camera quality and setting.

Stopped working after a year
The monitor stopped working properly after a little over a year and was outside the one year warranty period so customer support refused to help. We were initially happy with the monitor but unfortunately the product is not built to last.

Terrible
The camera moves on its own and emits LOUD noises sporadically. When it does work the reception is very poor. Worse than the 15+ year old baby monitor we were using before. Absolutely would not recommend.

Product Knowingly Defective
My monitor died after nine months of use, I never on e dropped the monitor and the camera was safely mounted. It just started disconnecting and I tried alllllllll the troubleshooting for days and it keeps failing. After emailing with support they just said it's defective and they will keep track of f it for statistics but won't stand behind their product for warranty. Mind blowing! Do not spend your money with this company..
