The camera had a poor sealing mechanism that fails after temperature cycling over so many days in Canadian climate. Not worth buying until this issue is fixed. And it’s reflected in a new model with IP66 rating . Returned at $200Cad.

Broken after a year and a half
I spent over $400 on it, but it broke quickly. People expect security cameras they pay a lot for to last a long time. Eufy admitted it's broken but won't help, so now I have an expensive floodlight I can't use.

Very Good System!
No subscription fees and excellent motion and sound detection. Picks up sound well. Tracks well especially in the large back yard area.Works well with the app for your mobile phone.Also works perfectly at night. We had to adjust the brightness of the lights as they were too bright and had neighbourhood dogs barking.More than pleased with this unit and how well it functions.

Condensation issue
I installed this in May of 2022 - (Worked well until the winter)... condensation in the bulb after the winter meant that I was getting very cloudy footage and none at night. I contacted Eufy support in April 2023 when it hadn't resolved with warmer weather. Have tried the many AI-generated troubleshooting tips that eufy support sends back - now multiple times... with no reprieve - finally lost patience and asked for a replacement unit. Told today by the human customer support that because the unit was actually purchased at the end of February 2022, it isn't eligible for replacement. So I either have a manufacturing defect that won't be replaced or an expired warranty on a poor quality product. So I highly don't recommend spending the large amount of money on this unit.
