These eufy Plus Member Terms of Service (referred to as “Terms of Service”) is an agreement between you (hereinafter "you" or "user") and Anker Innovations Technology Co., Ltd and its affiliates (collectively, “Anker”, “we”, “us” and “our”) . These Terms of Service outline the terms and conditions that apply to your eufy Plus Membership.
Please note that your use of the eufy.com website and eufy Plus Membership is also governed by other agreements listed and linked below, as well as any other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the eufy.com website. All such terms and conditions, as amended over time, are incorporated into these Terms of Service.
Membership Qualification
eufy Plus Membership is available only to individuals with a registered eufy User Account in good standing. You can check if you meet the requirements to subscribe to eufy Plus Membership by visiting the member-only page here. Before successfully subscribing (including renewals and re-subscriptions), you must:

Have a registered eufy User Account and complete account email verification.

Apply for eufy Plus Membership and pay the required membership fee.
eufy Plus Member Benefits
As a eufy Plus Member, you enjoy exclusive benefits including free logistics vouchers, additional eufyCredits on multiple products, extra product discounts, extended warranty services, and more. These benefits are available only for orders placed on the eufy website (us.eufy.com) and/or the eufy mobile application on Android or iOS devices.
eufyCredits Rewards
Upon becoming a eufy Plus Member, you will earn eufyCredits at a higher rate than non-members. This eufyCredits Reward is in addition to any ongoing eufyCredits promotions running at the time of your purchase. The specific thresholds for earning eufyCredits can be found on the Member-Only page.

Please refer to your Member-Only page or eufyCredits Rewards Terms and Conditions for the latest eufyCredits Reward Benefits. Be mindful of the expiration date on your eufyCredits, as they must be used before they expire. Once eufyCredits have expired, they cannot be redeemed or otherwise used.

As a eufy Plus Member, you’ll enjoy exclusive delivery benefits, which may be subject to additional terms and eligibility. Delivery options and speeds vary depending on the item and location, and not all options are available in all areas. eufy is not responsible for delays caused by natural or uncontrollable events, as well as those arising from courier services, including customs clearance. For more information, refer to our Shipping Policy.
As a eufy Plus Member, you will periodically receive Shipping Coupons, as detailed below, which can be used toward specific shipping costs on orders of physical products placed on eufy.

Shipping Coupon Guidelines

Only one eufy Plus Member Shipping Coupon can be used per order.

Coupons must be applied at the time the order is placed and cannot be used for previous orders.

Coupons can be combined with other promotional discounts but cannot be combined with other shipping coupons.

Coupons can only be used for eufy purchases and are not applicable to the shipping costs of returned items.
The specific terms of your eufy Plus Member Shipping Coupons are available on the eufy Membership Benefits page and under “My Coupons” in the “My Assets” section of your eufy User Account. We will also send relevant information and usage restrictions via email, app notifications, etc. Refer to Shipping Info for more details.
Coupons will be issued to active eufy Plus Members every 31 days and will have an expiration date specified on the coupon. Be sure to use them before expiration, as expired coupons cannot be redeemed or reused.
Extra Extended Warranty Service & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
As an annual eufy Plus Member, you are eligible for an “Extra Extended Warranty Service” and a “30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.”

Extra Extended Warranty Service: This extends the original warranty of products purchased on us.eufy.com by an additional six months. For more details, refer to our warranty information. Notably, the eufy Plus Member Extra Extended Warrant Service is NOT to be added to (extended beyond) any other extensions.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Once a year, eufy will provide a 30-day money-back guarantee, covering the return shipping costs (subject to the terms of our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee policy).
Note: These benefits are only available to annual eufy Plus Members. Monthly fee-paying members are not eligible. For information on upgrading your membership, visit the eufy Plus Member page.
More Discounts and Additional Benefits
In addition to the core benefits, eufy Plus Members may at eufy's sole discretion be eligible to receive various other discounts, details of which will be posted on our website occasionally. These additional discounts will apply only during your current Membership period.
At its sole discretion, eufy may also introduce additional benefits for eufy Plus Members. Any new benefits will take effect on the date specified in the benefit announcement. If you are an active eufy Plus Member, you will automatically receive these new benefits, if any, for the remainder of your Membership period.
eufy Membership Fees
The subscription fee for eufy Plus Membership is the price displayed on our site or app during registration.
eufy reserves the right to revise Membership pricing plans and fees at its sole discretion. Discounts on Membership fees may also be offered from time to time.

If you are already a eufy Plus Member, any fee adjustments will not affect your subscription price. Additionally, you will not be entitled to a refund if the subscription price is reduced or discounted after you join as a Member.
To enhance your shopping experience, eufy may offer limited-time discounts or special coupons on eufy Plus Membership, allowing you to purchase Membership at a reduced price.
Notice: eufy Plus Membership fees are billed through an auto-renewal subscription model. When your Membership nears its expiration date, we will notify you in advance via email and automatically renew your Membership for the next term upon expiration of the current period.
Membership Term and Termination
Membership Term Calculation
Your eufy Plus Membership will begin immediately upon successful purchase. The duration of your Membership will correspond to the package you select. You can view the specific validity period on your Member-Only page.
Please note that only single membership periods are supported, meaning multiple memberships will activate simultaneously rather than sequentially. For instance, if you purchase a monthly membership and then buy an annual one later, both memberships will be active from their start dates. Still, the benefits and duration will not combine or extend each other.
Example:

If you purchase a monthly membership on September 1, 2024, it will be valid from September 1 to September 30, 2024.

If you then purchase an annual membership on September 15, 2024, it will be valid from September 15, 2024, to September 14, 2025, running concurrently with your monthly Membership.

Membership Termination & Suspension
You may terminate or suspend your eufy Plus Membership at any time.

Membership Suspension: If you do not plan to use your membership benefits temporarily, you can suspend your Membership. During suspension, you will not be billed at the end of your current cycle, and membership benefits will be inaccessible. However, based on your selected plan, you can resume your eufy Plus Membership at any time.

Membership Termination: If you no longer wish to use your membership benefits, you may terminate your Membership. Upon termination, billing will stop at the end of your current cycle, and membership benefits will no longer be available. You may reactivate your eufy Plus Membership by repurchasing it at any time.
Note: You can pause or resume your Membership through the Membership Management section on your account page.
Important: Once a membership termination request is approved, your eufy Plus Membership and all associated benefits will end immediately.
