**Gentlemen, if you're considering a home security system, I strongly advise against Eufy.** While their products may initially seem appealing, their customer service has been consistently disappointing. Countless reports of slow response times, unhelpful solutions, and even outright disregard for customer concerns have plagued their reputation. It's a frustrating experience to invest in a security system only to find yourself unsupported when you need it most.

A crash with homebase3

The homebase 3 went “offline” one week after purchasing. Now trying to work through support team for replacement. Ugh. Cameras are useless.
