Loved this monitor until it stopped working. I haven’t had it for a year yet. First one camera stopped panning and now won’t turn on, now the second camera won’t pan and is have connectivity issues. This is so inconvenient because one of my twins is now climbing out her crib and I can’t see her. What a waste of $240. Stay away.

Doesn’t come with convenient attachment equipment
I HATE that their cameras no longer come with the twist-to-tighten attachment that can hook into a crib or bassinet. No one wants to drill holes in their walls just to mount this thing. Going with another company because of this massive oversight on their part.

Bad customer service and they deleted my first review
I placed an order on January 31 for 5 to 7 days delivery after 5 days I received a useless 1 camera and a charger missing the monitor and the second camera and here we go we started emails and calls asking for the rest of my order that I fully paid for and the only answer was when we shipped u will get notified day after day and no order so I sent email asking for my money back and to cancel the order because I took forever and after 2 weeks i got the second camera and monitor and of course no response from their customer service till today saying they will reimburse me 20$ if i keep it but if i wanna return it everything should be sealed including the charger and I have to pay the return helooo i took like a month to get it and of course I opened it to see what I got and what was missing at first….I don’t recommend this service or experience to anyone

Not the best support
I ordered on January 31 the 2 camera and monitor bundle delivery date was 5 to 7 days after 5 days I received 1 useless camera I contacted the support and asked about the rest of the order they said we shipped it separately so u get it fast , I don’t understand how!! I can’t use it without a monitor anw since then i sent multiple emails and called multiple times so i know when i will receive the rest of the order and the only answer that i get is when it’s shipped u will get notified until yesterday i got an email from them saying they wanna make sure that I received my product!!!! Absolutely no I didn’t receive no problem no notification nothing it’s like a scam!!!!!
