I've had this for a few months now, and it works well for my needs. The mapping is fairly quick and easy.I guess the only gripe I have is that if the vacuum goes over a bump, like a transition strip between rooms, it can screw up the navigation/lidar. For example, if it goes over a transition strip (living room -> kitchen) it will only do one pass in that room instead of two that are crisscrossed, like I have it set to do. I have a fairly large, open space where it runs right now, so it's not an issue. Customer service helped me troubleshoot this issue because I didn't understand why it was happening at first.Overall, I'm satisfied, and I might buy a second one for the kitchen/dining room area.
