Won't charge battery. Only used vacuum twice and now I want to return it!

Poor Quality
Exactly the same issue as the other review. I’ve had limited use and the power adapter failed. I purchased the vacuum from Walmart less than 12 months ago, sadly I did not keep the receipt so they will not cover under warranty. It seems strange when nearly all other devices I purchase the warranty is activated online when you register and do not have a requirement to upload a receipt. I switched from Roomba to Eufy, my old roomba (5 years old) charge cord is still going strong, I will be going back to a Roomba for my next purchase.
This adaptor was a replacement for the original. The battery still did not charge. Vacuum was purchased well within the manufacturer's warranty period. Used seasonally and winterized in an RV. Vacuum seldom used, battery did not charge. Did not have Target receipt, that also had many other items shown. Many photos submitted showed a brand new unit with extremely limited use. They could not be bothered to look up manufacture date of serial number. Why have a serial number? If I could give "0" stars I would. Not an inexpensive unit, lasted maybe 6 vacuums of an RV.
Do not purchase.
