Pet Water Fountain

Simple set up, easy to clean and very quiet.Only wish the filters weren’t quite so pricey. Haven’t found a filter that really fits other than the ones from the manufacturer…some have been close but not good enough.

my cat likes lol! I had a previous cat water fountain that only lasted about six months before the pump just completely stopped. this one has been going for about two months so I’ll update if it quits. I saw this one on a few instagram pages from nice cat families so I decided to give it a go. the water flow is super quiet, no bubbly sounds to scare my cat away and it runs continuously while plugged in. I know he drinks from it often because I have to keep filling up more regularly than when he just had water in a bowl. it wasn’t hard to set up I figured it out about 90% by myself without the instructions but the instructions were helpful for the rest. it comes with the usb plug but you need the block or cube to plug it into the wall. I used an old samsung phone block and it works perfectly. as long as it keeps working and my cat keeps liking it, I’ll keep using it. remember to change the filter every two weeks. I’m fixin to order more.

Let’s get the biggest negative out the way. You will need a USB plug because it doesn’t come with one. Instructions say due to packaging they don’t provide it but there is room to add the plug to the box. Luckily I had an extra IPhone plug on hand I could use.I’ve only had this pet fountain for a month and so far it is worth the money. It is SUPER QUIET. Even when the water gets low it’s quiet so you do have to pay attention to the water level because there is nothing that will tell you to add water (unless your furry friend can speak to you). I have 4 cats and they all use this fountain. I have to add water about every 2 days.Was pretty easy to set up. The filter works great. In my previous fountain I would occasionally find small particles of something in the water but in this new fountain I’ve found nothing. The water is always clean.My only problem (and not just with this fountain but the Veken stainless steel as well) I’m finding water under the fountain and I’m not sure why. I’ve watched my cats drink from it and I don’t see them playing with the water. I don’t over fill it with water. There is no water coming down the sides. It’s not a lot of water but how does this happen? I never had this problem with the Veken plastic fountain.Even with the small negatives I would still recommend this fountain.

For years I used a pet fountain that had the little black square pump inside of the water dish. Our cats drank out of them well enough but the pump was loud and the filter component was bulky and annoying to deal with the suction cups that held it to the bottom of the reservoir.When looking to replace it, I found this eufy Pet Water Fountain and ordered it to see if I preferred it to the traditional pump style pet fountain where the pump is submerged. I definitely like this one better! I think it's easier to clean and I feel better knowing that I can completely clean the pump components that touch the water our cats drink. The filters are easy to replace, too. I definitely recommend getting one of those bottle/straw cleaning kits that come with the tiny brushes on wires to be able to properly get into all the nooks and crannies of this water fountain.I did end up buying two of these and one of them was defective so I'm knocking off a star. The top stainless steel tray where the water cascades down into is pretty thin and it was bent in a way that the water didn't flow like it was supposed to. I just used the non-bent fountain as a reference and gently bent the defective one back into shape and it works now.I haven't had any issues with leaking from either unit and we've had them for a year now. Both are still going strong. I set them on a little tray so in case my cats are messy or the fountain gets knocked, water ends up in the tray and not on the floor. :)
