This is a wonderful product that works really well! We gave this as a gift and it just what they wanted and appreciated!

Updating Firmware

We bought the baby monitor 2 years ago and just bought the add on camera for our second baby that will be arriving in a month. This has been the most ridiculous process. I am certainly not a computer wiz but far from a dummy and updating the firmware has made zero sense to me. The instructions are horrible and seems like they're made for someone with a technology background, not for parents who are average joe's when it comes to computers. Being 8 months pregnant, this is the last thing I want to be dealing with.

Do not purchase if you have a camera system that is 2+ years old!!!!!!

recently I had the privilege (sarcasm) of embarking on about 3+ hours of troubleshooting to upgrade my monitor's firmware to work with this add-on camera to integrate with my monitor and camera that I was gifted in 2021. After the process was complete the new camera did indeed work with my old monitor but my older camer (same model) was rendered obsolete due to the firmware not being able to be updated on it even though the monitor was able to be upgraded... The solution Eufy provided was a 30% off discount for a new camera! They basically cost me $70+ for the time I spent trying over and over again to update my system and creating e-waste in the form of my now defunct camera. I returned the camera and I'm going with another brand and I will never consider buying ANY Eufy product again because they couldn't do the right thing and replace the camera they made me unwittingly outdate. I now have to buy a whole new system with 2 cameras and one of my children has had to go unmonitored for almost a week. Congratulations on superb customer care Eufy (sarcasm... again), you have lost a customer and I will try to sway folks away from this company at any chance I get.

Great product with a 1.5 second delay

We purchased this baby monitor about 5 months ago but the problem we had with it is we left it on constantly so the night vision bulb went out and now it doesn't work in low light. But the alerts are great and once connected to wifi you can access the video stream from anywhere.
