1 drop and the thing is done. Won’t hold a charge , even while plugged in it won’t stay on. Whack construction.

It connected with our camera no issue. But it’s our second screen after the first one stopped working because it was dropped. Wish it was a little more durable

Great camera and monitor, horrible firmware
I’ve had this camera and monitor for 2+ years. I bought a second monitor and camera for my second child. I did a firmware upgrade last night and now my monitor won’t turn back on. Customer service was responsive but told me there’s nothing they can do. My monitor was working just fine until I did the firmware upgrade and now I don’t have a baby monitor. Be careful when doing firmware upgrades. Apparently this has happened to other customers based on reviews here and on Amazon. Before the monitor stopped working, it was turning off randomly throughout the night for no reason. It only did this like once a month. I keep my monitor on all the time. It always has weird little hiccups like this too.
