I highly recommend that you do not waste your money on this particular camera. I received this camera in March of 2024 as part of one of the many referrals that I have initiated with my family and friends. On July 16, 2024 I contacted Eufy customer service to get this camera repaired or replaced under the 1 year warranty due tot the fact that the camera continues to lose its power connection via the power cord connector. Eufy customer service responded back to me to let me know that they do not provide a warranty for any of its products that are received as part of their referral program. As a loyal Eufy customer with more than 20 Eufy Security devices, I’m very disappointed and highly discouraged to refer anyone else to make any future Eufy product purchases. I would hate to have a friend or family refer someone to the Eufy brand only to find out that they will not warranty their products. This camera should have its full warranty and should function longer than 5 months. Take better care of your valued customers who have spent thousands of dollars purchasing your products and who have also referred numerous customers to your brand!

Great- except for continuous recording
I have loved this camera for the home, EXCEPT when it comes time to pull up video to see what happened at a certain time, only to find it skips whole minutes in between that you are unable to view/listen/watch. Each time an event has happened, i have been unable to see a continuous playback. Looking for a new camera for this reason. Also, although it notes having a slot for an SD card, there is NO slot opening for local storage.

Needed another camera for the grand childrens room to see when they wake up. Plug it in and done. Very pleased. Plus no monthly fees etc

Fantastic camera, keeps an eye on my garage, rotates at will from my phone, night vision, 2-way communication, perfect. I can calm my dogs during a thunderstorm, I can see all 4 doors in my garage from a single position, night vision is amazing, can rotate 360* and even zoom if I need to do either. With an add-on micro SD it saves clips up to 2 months, depending on your resolution settings...mine saves just over 1 month's worth of clips. This camera is quite remarkable at how much it offers for how inexpensive it is. I will be buying 1-2 more for other areas of my house. Very happy.
