Easy to install and set up was a breeze with the app. My wife didn't think we needed the camera system. A waste of money she said. 21 days after I installed the cameras my truck was broken into. The Police wanted the 2 videos capturing my truck being broken into. My wife didn't say much after that. Even if you think you live in a great crime free neighborhood get the cameras for peice of mind. One day you may be surprised like we were.

The product itself looks to be of good quality and the reviews are great. My beef is with the mounting brackets. Figuring each camera is around $150+ I would have thought the mounting brackets would have been a lot beefier and much more substantial instead of just modest plastic. Adjusting the angle of the camera up or down is a problem. You can either adjust the camera pointing out at a slight downward angle or by rotating the ball inside the bracket it drops the angle down way too much to the point it's nearly pointing straight down. There seems to be no in-between adjustment.

Set up was a little tricky. But once up and running these things are pretty darn great The outside mounts could use some re-thinking due to the ease of being able to all to easily remove the cameras. I suggest putting them somewhere where any bad hombres can't easily reach them without you getting some good video of them first. I also REALLY like the idea of not having to rely on the Cloud. Being able to have a home base, while a little more expensive, is a great solution that I like a lot. Would definitely purchase more of these - the company is making the effort here to produce a good product and I think they are succeeding. So for now, I trust the product and would recommend it.

I "upgraded" from the Blink outdoor wireless cameras. I liked the Blink cameras (or so I thought I did), until I got these. Yes, these are more expensive to purchase, but what I am saving in battery costs, monthly plan fees: ($10 for 5 cameras) and having to get up and down a ladder, is so worth it. The video quality is SO GOOD on this system. These were somewhat easy to install and look great. This is probably the BEST purchase I have ever made!
