I love the idea of this pump but had extremely low output. Unfortunately the return policy is terrible. Other pump brands offer returns for 30 days. Wish I just went with momcozy instead. It’s not worth a $350 risk! Do better Eufy and don’t trick customers with “30 day money back guarantees”. That suggest to a customer that what they are purchasing comes with a guarantee if the product is ineffective. Not that it’s a 30 day back guarantee on an unopened product…no customer can know if something works until it is opened. Extremely disappointed!

Excited about these!
I switched to these after my Willow Go died after four months of use. As a working mom, it’s important for me to get maximum output in a short time. These pumps deliver on that. The charging case is also super convenient and doesn’t look bad sitting on the counter while it’s charging, unlike my Willow Go. I appreciate the heat technology and the different rhythms available in the app. I get more output than before with these.

The worst breast pumps
These are the worst pumps….Beginning with the instructions and online video, which were both unclear. Secondly, the sensor for the heat is very sensitive and I cannot get it to work and connect. The back piece is VERY hard to get in place. There is no explanation to what the lights really mean. My nipple does not stay in the flange. I barely got any milk. The app is confusing. I could go on and on. This is a 0/10.

Working mom; great output & cust. service!
I’ve had this pump for two months now. As a working mom, this has been a literal dream. Third breast feeding journey and I’m so sad I waited this long to find a pump so versatile. I’ve had spectra, Medela, and Zomee. Spectra had my heart until I was introduced to EUFY. I get the same output (if not better) and it’s comfortable, hands free, and discreet/mobile. Worth every penny! My only small complaint of it spilling when I bend over (which is in honesty…a given, but spilled milk will cause real tears) has even been addressed now that they have the spill cap plugs! Only wish that was included in initial purchase.
Customer service was super responsive and realistic to work with. They listened and addressed any inconvenience so far very promptly.

Makes life easier with a toddler and newborn. Only complaint is I have been having issues with the left pump not getting any output when using a different insert than the cheese grater ones the pump came with. Otherwise get same output or close to as my spectra!
