Good quality

It’s easy to set up if you already have the Eufy app installed on your phone. The FOV is big enough for a two car garage. The picture is good quality after I switch to 2K resolution. By default, it uses 1080P. It’s a stand alone camera, which doesn’t require a home station. I’m OK with this, but some people may not like this. It has a SD card slot, so no subscription is needed and it’s completely free to use.

Good cheaper camera to go with Homebase 3

The eufy C220 is a good cheaper indoor camera to go with eufy's Homebase 3. Privacy-conscious users will appreciate the privacy mode, which physically turns the camera away. The most appealing aspect to me is the lack of a monthly subscription fee and compatibility with eufy's Homebase 3 which I already own. The image quality is good but the AI detection, like the other eufy models, gives me a lot of false positives for human detection.Overall, the eufy C220 is a great choice for those seeking a reliable and affordable home security solution with no ongoing costs, especially if you already have a Homebase 3.

Annoying to connect but no sub needed.

Wanted to give this a try after years of using waze cameras because of the ability to pan and tilt, considering this was for watching out for our older cat while we were away. Deepening on the connection the movements though a bit delayed a second or so were quick. The video of clear and crisp though a haven't played with the sound much yet. Appreciate that they give a guide on placement that will give you the best angla and view range. Being able to pop in any sd card has also be great in not having to worry about a cloud storage payment or sub, in fact it's plenty useful without any extra payments. My one issue is connection setup. These still use 2.4ghz bands which isn't a big problem but say with Verizon's given router, it's only 5ghz with an annoying process to add the other band which isn't the best, ended up getting out an old router to connect this but once over that hurdle it was simple.

Incompatible with Homebase 2

Disappointed this is so called new model but incompatible with the Homebase 2. Whereas so called security ecosystem is not able to do so but silo piece by piece. Homebase 2 is workable to doorbell but not other devices.

Works very well

It works as it should, I been using it for a few weeks now and I got nothing negative to say about it.
