It does give a lot of information, but you also have to enter a lot of information. Such as what you are eating for the day and also workout information. Because the machine by default just assumes you are not working out. And you are losing muscle mass when in fact, it could be the exact opposite. And since it doesn't know what you're eating, it can only take a guess unless you're putting the information in there.

This scale is so fun it makes you want to weigh in ! Not kidding it has weight bmi muscle mass data overload !! All of the information i nice to have and the app you get on your smartphone keeps all of your data including exercise and food consumption all in an easy to understand list.
