eufy X10 Pro Omni + 2 bottles of eufy Floor Cleaning Solution

I wish I'd bought one sooner. Great device, a quick and easy setup and it does a great job.

Poor little thing tries it’s best but it’s really only good as a quick run through each day of the main walk ways through the house. It misses loads at the edge.
My main complaint is having to empty the grim water tray. I was under the impression it sucked everything into a dirty tank. To add insult to injury, the tray is shallow and tricky to remove without spilling stinky water as you go to empty it. If I’d known I wouldn’t have paid so much for it. I maybe should’ve used my money on a cleaner instead

Purchased for the new house we move into in a few months… pulled it out set it up used it on my mainly carpeted downstairs which is home to 2 short furred and 1 long furred cats. The vacuum did a great job and for every use it saves me a task I will need to go around deep cleaning the carpets twice a month as usual with the handheld vacuum but I didn’t expect it to do that anyways. The kitchen floor Lino was moped like I would do a general everyday mopping again the deep clean stuff will need me to get down and get in the corners properly but again I knew that before purchasing. All in all the vacuum and mop do your daily everyday tasks so you have one less job to do. It is now back in its box ready to for our move into the new house. Delivery service was a bit rubbish and had to get in touch with customer services for the cleaning solution that was forgotten and the vacuum bag that never came but all sent very promptly so no complaints.

A catalogue of misinformation and possible theft by the delivery driver but several weeks on we have not received it and the company won't consider a replacement until the end of the week. Would not buy from them again until they get their logistics sorted

Does everything I need it to do, same is time , arguments about who’s turn it is! lol Great machine and amazing how much dirt it can pick up with the mops!
