Ninety percent of the setup procedure was straightforward. However, I found some of the configuration procedures difficult to locate on the app. But overall the product is very good at what it is designed to do.

Install is simple along with the setup. Good quality build and excellent picture duality.

Although a techno phob I have managed to follow instructions and it’s working great. This will take a lot of anxiety away from being out. Vision appears great plus clarity

It was a replacement for my other old camera it does the job brilliantly

It has already been knocked off the base by a wayward visitors bag. Clipped back on ok, but a bit surprised given it should have required the key pin be inserted to remove.Note; mounted at 1200mm on hinge side of door frame.

Do not buy!!! I purchased this camera 2 months ago. Features are not as good as competitors. Last night the doorbell rang by itself at 10pm which left me confused and concerned as there was no one on the camera. This then happened repeatedly every 20 minutes until 4am. I turned off notifications. I was at first confused if this was a security concern. Then frustrated as this defeats the use of the product and woke everybody up.
I then disconnected the camera and waited on hold for an hour for a customer assistant on the chat as the phone number was unavailable. To be told I was not able to have a refund as I purchased the product more than 30days ago. I am disgusted as the item is faulty I am entitled to a refund. I was offered a replacement but searching online this is a common fault and I don’t want to have this experience again. I’m very disappointed and will not be a repeat customer to eufy.

Installed new eufy doorbell cam today this is a replacement for ring video doorbell so far I'm impressed with the picture quality much better than the ring although it was 8 years old but I refuse to pay extortionate subscription charges so opted for a eufy obviously navigating a new app so finding my way around settings which is relatively easy, easy to instal I love that there are a couple of small lights that trigger on the camera at night gives a far superior quality picture than the ring no issues with speed on wifi,connected easily to alexa can't comment on battery life yet love that the hub acts as a chime so need for extra plug in so far so good �

Very clear video on both cameras. A little trouble linking the doorbell to the homebase but OK after a couple of attempts. Had our 1st use with delivery driver while we were out. Great to be able to speak directly to them.

The images are clear, but not as good as the bigger out door ones from the same company. The duel aspect cameras are probably not necessary, and I had hoped the AI would not cause so many notifications. But it works really well as a door bell and I have talked to people through it if I catch them in time.
