eufy X10 Pro Omni

So far so good

lets begin by saying I love this. mopping and hoovering daily when u have hard floors throughout, and pets is a game changer.why lose a star? a few reasons:1) It likes to remap my house and decide one room joins onto another despite me, daily now, telling it that's not true. why would it ignore my manually configured room, surely they should realise I know better about my own house2) the ai detection...... it sometimes says its 98% certain an object it, for example, shoes. it can be 100% wrong but u have no way of giving that feedback so how can it learn!3) the auto empty is very loud, yes this only lasts around 25 seconds, but, it happens 3 times per clean for me (mop cleans every 20 mins, bin empty every 30...yes...annoying they can't sync up and do it at same time) which means we can't have this wrong overnight as it kept waking people up.

They is so much better than I had expected and so easy to schedule whilst out and about.

Eventually most tasks will be performed by robots so this is a good entry into this technology.Bear in mind you will need adequate space for the base unit to live, I would suggest near the kitchen or in it to make emptying and filling it more simple.Following the instruction to map out your rooms and set timers was relatively straightforward. The biggest problem I has was stopping my dog using it as a play thing in the beginning haha.Quiet in operation and I like the fa t it’s quite low to the ground so able to get under furniture easily.You do require dust bags for this which I suppose is my only gripe as assumed there might be a reusable bag system used empty wash and replace kind of deal but hey it is what it is.Ideal for larger floor spaces as if you have a small room and it’s cluttered with toys or lots of furniture then it’s not maximising it’s cleaning space.Would I recommend this?! I definitely would. Just need one to climb the stairs now.

So I've owned a Eufy branded robotic vacuum for a while and it does a pretty decent job, I had it running 3 times a week and it would kick into action (via the control from the app) at 5am. So prior to it doing the run I'd have an Alexa reminder telling me it was going to start so I could empty the vacuum and give the filter a little clean.Now I have the X10 Pro Omni it's a game changer. A large part of our lower floor in our house is laminate vinyl tiles and they are pretty hard wearing but they do get dirty (with little kids and big kids). The X10 comes with a proper mopping system and it automatically detects what is a hard surface and what is a carpeted surface. I have the base unit in a hall cupboard and I leave the door open to allow it to do it's thing. With the previous Eufy I had to put down marker barriers where I didn't want it to go, with this one it detects objects (especially cables) and avoids them.When I ran it as a test I could see that it would go around the edge of the room and then mark it as a room and work through the areas in between either vacuuming or vacuuming and mopping. You can adjust the suction in the vacuum on the app, note the more suction the more battery it's going to use. You can also get it to mop your carpet if you really wanted to. So when I also ran it as a test (which was to do a full vacuum) then I noticed that it would return to base anda) Empty the vacuum side (this sounds like a plane about to take off)b) Empty the dirty water and get some more clean waterThis was basically set to 15 minutes (pet mode) and so for a clean that would last 48 minutes it could do this 3 times. As said I used to run the cleans early morning, now I'm running them late at night when I'm still awake so I can empty the dirty water and also ensure the kids stay sleeping. As the kids sleep upstairs and the doors are closed it's not an issue but keep the noise levels in mind if you live in a bungalow or flat where the bedrooms are on the same level.In terms of the vacuuming and the mopping it does a pretty good job although one of the days I might run it on a deeper clean. The previous one I had was terrible for my daughters hair getting tangled in the roller, this one has an anti tangle which is great. I also like the fact that it washes the mops and at the end of all the cycles it dries the mops so that they don't smell.The app is the same app that I used for my other Eufy Robotic vacuum cleaner. It doesn't tell me when the clean water tank is empty which would be nice but I can live with that. The fact I'm doing less checks and just letting it get on with it is great.All in all I'm really happy with this device and I need to explore further some of the great features it has but for now I'm pretty impressed (and so is my wife too). Anything that can help give you back some valuable time is great!

I’m so impressed with the Eufy X10 PRO which I purchased on the 2 May I’ve just ordered a second one for upstairs, if your thinking about getting one go for it you won’t be sorry.10/10 �

Was a little concerned about how difficult this would be to set up as I’m a bit of a technophobe but it was super easy.After downloading the app and clearing my whole downstairs of shoes and toys, the robovac mapped my rooms all by itself.Once mapped you can name the different areas/rooms, select different cleaning modes and also block off areas.There are shorter cycles which included edge hugging cleaning and mopping it quicker cleans. All can be changed in the app, very easily.I’m actually amazed at how well it cleans. Not only does it clean but it empties itself, washes and dries it own mop heads!All I have to do is empty the dirty water container and vacuum bag, once full. If course it tells you when this needs doing.I have mostly hard wood or tiled floors downstairs but also have some thick rugs which it manages to climb on itself. Once on the rug, it knows and will turn off the mop heads, just vacuuming.If it comes across an obstacle it avoids and takes a picture showing you what it was, for example: shoes or wires.The battery is pretty good. If doing a thorough clean of my whole downstairs it dies return to charge then completes its cleaning once done.Mist of the time, I just do a room or two and it completes no problem.Totally exceeded my expectations - highly recommend!

Unlike previous models, it successfully self-empties without constantly getting stuck.Tangle-Free Brush: The brush does not accumulate hair, and I haven’t needed to clean it in four months!Auto-Mop Lift Function: The Eufy X10 has a decent clearance for the auto-mop lift function, allowing it to mop and vacuum in the same run. It lifts successfully for low/medium pile carpets, though it won't work on thick or shaggy carpets, which tend to fill the bag quickly anyway.Good Battery Life: The robot has a good battery capacity and charges quickly.Self-Cleaning Drip Tray: The drip tray self-cleans well and is removable for easy cleaning. I'm very pleased with this vaccum. Arrived lovely packed and presented. It has innovative design and functions. It took me a while to read the instructions before first use, but never had similar vaccum, so need it to go through all very carefully. It's easy to use following the simple and clear instruction. Well made, lightweight, comfortable to use and very effective. Everything seems to work excellent. I was impressed with the navigation this vaccum have and I'm very satisfied with the job it does. I'm working 12h shifts and I'm mum of two with big house to clean on my own. This vaccum make my life so much easier now. Absolutely recommended

Just perfect. My floors are clean and bright all day everyday. So easy to use and it does everything brilliantly. I’m a technophobe and even a buffoon like me was able to get it started and working. You will not regret having the X10 in your life.
