The robot was making a loud rattling noise. Spoke to support, they recommended to change the roller brush. Bought one of this, problem solved.

I didn’t need everything in the pack , I already have spares , need to be able to buy individual parts.

ordered the new brush and filter kit to go with my Robo edge30.. that arrived quickly and well packaged.
However... i now have an issue with the vacuum cleaner itself and have been trying to get hold of customer support for 2 weeks without success ????
I really need to send it back for repair if only someone would contact me and assist.

At the time of this review this vacuum is £150 but showing that a £50 off voucher is available, so it is only £100 which is an absolute bargain.

In my household I already have a Dyson V12 costing about £500, so I'm naturally comparing this to that and it's probably unfair to do that given the huge price difference.

Does this one have 5x less suction, reflecting the price? No, it picks up dirt and dust great, yes not quite as good as the Dyson but still great.

Other features I like - it has lights on the head to light up the floor, you don't need to keep the trigger pressed, and ther e is a turbo suction button to hit to really give the carpet or floor a great cleaning.

It looks great too, nice colours and comes with some useful accessories.

5 stars from me, I'm shocked at the performance and value for money on offer here!

Accessories are easily available and aren’t expensive at all. Order shipped from the UK and I got them within a week in Saudi Arabia.
