Buyer Beware

There are two items on this website that have nearly identical descriptions. This one, "Mounting Bracket for S200 Video Doorbell," and another that says it is the "Mounting Bracket for eufy Video Doorbell S220." This one is not the same as the mounting bracket that comes with the doorbell. As you can see from the photo, it lacks the opening for the wires from your existing doorbell. If are using those wires, order the other bracket. I ordered this one by mistake and the company refused to exchange it or to provide me a refund unless i paid for the return shipping.
