Wi-Fi Doorbell Chime for Battery Video Doorbell

Complete pile of garbage. Doesn’t ever connect. Always has issues.

This chime is a complete pile of garbage, doesn’t work half the time. Trying to connect it to your Wi-Fi is nearly impossible.

installing my 2nd door chime was a very time consuming task as there was no guide enclosed w/the chime nor is there any cogent instructions on the Eufy web site. Eventually it seems to function BUT the Eufy software never shows it as on-line and/or homed to the Eufy doorbell. I'd not buy Eufy products again.

Purchased the eufy security cameras, and chime along with the doorbell. My first chime disconnected from my eufy app along with the doorbell. This issue was solved, eufy tech support ran through trouble shooting to the conclusion the chime is defective. They sent me a replacement which worked for 5 months, when I replaced the micro card located inside the chime I noticed it was disconnected. I logged into my eufy app to reconnect chime and consequently my doorbell; the chime would say” chime connected successfully but moments later show red light indicating it never connected. I contacted support again; they say my chime that’s 5 months old now isn’t covered under warranty. I’m extremely annoyed they emailed me that I need to purchase a new chime! When the replacement was replaced due to the device not working as it should.

Works good but not as expected. Was wanting an add on chimer and this is not, it replaces your HomeBase
