Note: To ensure optimal suction, sterilize all washable components by either boiling them for 5 minutes with continuous stirring or steaming them for 5 minutes prior to the first use. Make sure that the duckbill valve, flange tunnel, diaphragm, and pump hub are all securely sealed.
I have tried numerous times to use this breast pump and I have no output. After 20-30 minutes of pumping it is completely empty. I have tried all the settings and different times of day and still nothing. I am luckily to have another pump, because after using the Eufy, I’ve had to use my other pump to get the milk out. I do not think this pump was designed with moms in mind. The case is hard to close with both pumps in there, the parts are hard to get there and there is so much handling necessary for the parts. The clear parts are hard to see during washing and again so much handling. There is more room for error when using these pumps and more room for contamination due to how you have to touch everything. I was not given this as a gift and purchased by myself and it was a complete waste of $350. I was intrigued by the hearing feature and honestly it is not noticeable. I also did not like that it only carried smaller nipple parts. The biggest size that they gave was also too small for me. As a second time breastfeeding mom, I am not satisfied with this pump. The spectra and elvie do a way better job.

Good but leaks
I love how quiet they are & the battery lasts a while! The only thing is it leaks through the sides when you pour them & it’s a bit disappointing for the price you pay! And moms understand the pain of spilling milk.

This is a really good quality breast pump. This brand has grown on me. We have other products from them as well. The quality of this pump is great. It works great and works for a long time on one church. I have zero complaints about this product. I’m very happy that I purchased it.
