Video Doorbell Chime Add-on Chime

very easy to set up Eufy has an excellent interface, makes adding devices realy simple to do.works fine with a good range.

Simple to set up, clear chime. Fitted to my elderly mother’s home where so now has no problem hearing the door bell.

Purchased to ensure we could hear the door bell in the extension. Brilliantly easy in terms of plug in to base unit and had it up and running straight away!!

It is very quiet for a doorbell and is delayed

Good chime, nice to have volume level adjustment and custom ring sounds. One thing I would add is to have the full selection of notifications sounds, the same as HomeBase. My favourite one called "Clock" is currently missing on this chime so I have a mismatch.

Straightforward to use and easy to integrate into my doorbell system

The product came in two parts, the dongle which easily plugged in to the hub and the chime unit which plugs into a normal 13a socket. This unit was simple to pair to the existing eufi system by pressing one button. I sited the chime in a discrete position and it worked well with my existing Eufi camera bell, very happy with the product.

Easy install, which only took a couple of minutes once I’d realised that you don’t add it to your HomeBase as a new device in the app, you go into your doorbell settings and add it as an additional indoor chime. Buttons on the sides control the 3 volume settings and 8 chimes (some of which are a bit cringe-worthy)! I found that on the loudest setting the sound gets a bit distorted and tinny, but the quietest setting is fine for where I’ve got it in the hallway.For info, I have a HomeBase 3 (S380) and a battery (S330) doorbell, and this add-on works absolutely fine with them.

Easysetup, just the item for your door bell.

Really pleased with camera and like the fact that there are no extra charges for storing the data.
